DiTrack is the trouble ticket tool of Dimetis.

It is used to record errors and requests of the customers during the warranty period and for system maintenance concerning the supplied systems of Dimetis. Therefore a form exists which is named „ticket“ and there the information has to be entered.

The customers of Dimetis systems can register their tickets over the Web.

They have to login over the dialogue: CUSTOMER- LOGIN

The customer interface to the ticket system is the DiTrack registration

The advantages for the customer are:

  • Errors and/or requests are reported
  • Problems will reach very fast the responsible person at Dimetis
  • Display of the processing status of the entered ticket
  • Access of each Internet PC world-wide and to each time
  • No installation is necessarily

Beyond that DiTrack offers an additional function to download new software releases concerning the respective customer’s system.

Login

First, the user has to login with name and password. He receives the entrance data from Dimetis, the password can it change.

Ticket list

After the successful login the ticket list of the customer is displayed. This list provides an overview of all tickets and also shows the processing status of the tickets. The customer has the possibiliy:

  • to create a new ticket
  • to change his password
  • to download software

Ticket

The ticket can be selected and the detailed information is shown (incl. notes of Dimetis). The ticket can be modified.

Downloads

The list of the downloads contains current software releases, documents and further files of the selected project/system. The link "zum Download" delivers further information to the file (e.g. which software modification includes the new release).
